How to Apply

1. Download and complete our Credit Application form.
2. Attach a copy of your resale or tax‑exempt certificate, if applicable.
3. Email the completed application to info@libertylighting.com or fax it to (408) 748‑9978.
4. Our finance team will review your application and respond within 2 business days.
